TRADING RESULTS OF MAJOR BUYS/MAJOR SELLS ON DJI.

Updated thru July 27, 2007

Now there are many funds that mirror the DJI-30.  So, these returns may be reasonably pursued.

$100 invested using Peerless Reversing Major Buys and Sells rose  to over $3.6  million,
if no taxes and no commissions were paid.  In fact, in a US retirement account, the taxes are deferred
and dividends would more than make up for the commissions.

Buys begin with "B".  Sells begin with "S".  These signals appear automatically when running the
Peerless software against the DJI-30 and the NASDAQ.

TRADING RESULTS USING PEERLESS BUYS/SELLS ON DJIA
The major signals are derived from the DJIA and the NASDAQ.

                     Remarkable Results!
Peerless Automatic Major Buys' and Sells'
Returns on Investment: 42 years: 1965-2007

Buying, Selling, Selling Short and Covering Short Sales the DJI-30 or an equivalent investment:
Using Peerless would made $100 in 1965 become $3,973,815.

By comparison, buying and holding the DJI-30 from 1965 to 2007
would have only increased the value of the original $100 investment to $1437.

Using Peerless would have brought the equivalent of  +28.4%/year
By comparison, buying and holding would have only meant
                                       an annual increase of +6.6%.
                           Using Peerless would hav
e meant 133 trades in 42 years,
or on average 3.2 trades per year. The average Peerless
Trade's Gain =  +8.7%

Buying and Selling, the DJI-30 or an equivalent investment:
Using Peerless would have turned $100 in 1965 into $89,600 in 2007
                           This is the equivalent of
+17.5 %/year. Making this much a year
does wonderful things to a retirement account!

By comparison, buying and holding the DJI-30 from 1965 to 2007
would have only increased the value of the original $100 investment to $1437.
61 of the 67 trades (91.0%) would have been profitable.
On average 1.6 trades per year.
                                              Avg. Trade's Gain =  +11.2%
The Peerless gains of simply buying and selling on the reversing major Peerless signals
are understated, in that no consideration is given the interest received while in cash.
This would probably have increased the average annual return by more than 2.5%,
making the average annual return 20%.

Selling Short and Covering the DJI-30 or an equivalent investment:
55 of the 66 trades (82.5%) would have been profitable.
On average 1.6 trades per year.
                                             Avg. Trade's Gain =  +6.1%

That the Average Reversing Sell brought a 6.1% decline in the DJI at the time of
the next reversing major Buy is remarkable during a time when the DJI rose from 880
in June of 1965 to 13521 at the end of May 2007.  This was a DJI gain of  +1437%.
