Use the Bullish Mode when there is a price breakout and a Buy B4.   Use this until there follows a Sell S9 or Sell S12 or an obvious trading range.  When should positions be added to?  It's best to buy on breakouts or retreats to or below the red moving average if the trend is strongly up.  The additional Buy signals are better used to reinforce the trend, rather than to signal when to take additional positions.
