Always give more credence to those shorts that are part of a
large indusrial group showing weakness.  For weeks that has
been the Natural Gas group here. 

                      BEARISH MINCPS
We want to see heavy red Distribution in our short sales
and a falling Closing Power trend, preferably making new 12-mo lows.
These are not present.  So, watch for heavy distributions stocks to
have their Closing Powers break their uptrends.
