Inventé nuestro "Peerless" para comprender cuando es mejor comprar y vender acciones
en el mercado de valores en EEUU.
I invented our "Peerless Stock Market Timing" in order to understand when it  is best to buy and sell stocks in the stock market in the US.

Por consiguiente, escribí una colección de reglas acerca de cuando es el mejor tiempo de comprar
y cuando es el mejor tiempo de vender.
Accordingly, I wrote a collection of rules about when best to buy and when best to sell.

Todas las reglas trabajaron exitosamente muchos veces en el pasado.
All the rules worked successfully many times in the past.

Por ejemplo, resulta que un tiempo muy bueno para comprar está en el principio del año tercero
del ciclo Presidencial de 4 años.
For example, it turns out that a very good time to buy is in the beginning of the 3rd year of the 4-year Presidential cycle.

Esto fue verdad en 1911, 1915, 1923, 1927, 1935, 1941, 1951, 1955, 1959, 1963, 1967, 1971, 1975, 1979,
1983, 1987, 1991, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2007 y 2011. Eso es 22 casos en los últimos 100 años.
