The classic way to trade these situations is to
work with a sell stop just below the day's low
and then raise it each day until, it is triggered.
But several weeks ago, this tactic was premature with
out QuickSilver natural gas short ETF by a couple
of days. The uptrend was just too strong. That|
could well happen with NUGT tomorrow.
It will still work higher but will at some point go
under the low of today. I believe it will surpass
and challenge its flat resistance.
NUGT is up so much, so quickly, take some trading profits.
It is up so far from its 5-day ma, we can't simply wait for the 5-day ma to
turn down. Plan to sell the second half at 52.
