BULLISH MAXCPs  4-1-2020
   This is a bear market, not much will be able to sustain an uptrend.
   Here we see a handful of stocks still above their 65 and 200-dma that
   show strong Closing Power and high Accum.  But can the buyers
   really advance the stocks until the general downtrend ends?
