My suggestion for this breakout market is to buy stocks that have already broken
out and ones that show an IP21 above +.37 and whose Closing Power is making
new highs. Sometimes, late-breakouts do catch-up. But the leaders usually
make the biggest gains. Let's see if that is true for TNDM, at bottom.
