My suggestion for this breakout market is to buy stocks that have already broken
out and ones that show an IP21 above +.37 and whose Closing Power is making
new highs. Sometimes, late-breakouts do catch-up. But the leaders usually
make the biggest gains. Let's see if that is true for TNDM.
BLDP's pattern (below) of internal strength
is nearly ideal. There are very few stocks
that show so much Accumulation, have
flat tops as at 7.5 and are accelerating up.
