The Ideal Augmented Buy B24. Very few stocks meet all these technical
characteristics. The best way to find them is to look at all the Power Ranked
Bullish New Highs or MAXCPs. Another way is to examine the new B20s
and B26s. Biotechs show the most.
Besides making a recovery 6 month new high over a well-tested
flat top following a previous bulge of Accumulation over +.50,
they show the following additional bullish conditions.
1) AI/200>147
2) Current IP21>.37
3) Previous Bulge of IP21>.60 in last 4 months
4) ITRS>+.07
5) Unusual red volume on breakout to new high.
After a severe bear market, the AI/200 score can be dropped
substantially. Closing Power should also be making a new high,
though this was not part of the original study: 1990-2006 where the
average Augmented B24 gained 24% in a year.
