It is probably not a good idea to buy anything
that shows a falling Closing Power trend or
that is below its 65-dma. If it drops below
its 65-dma, the real risk increases. Only hold
these "bullish" stocks or COMPQX as long
their 65-dma is rising and their Accum.Index is
positive. Be hedged with shorts now.
