A V-formation can be used to establish targets. In QQQ's case the decline was from
237 to 170 (approx.) or 67 points. Add 67 to 237 and get a target of 304, or say, 300.
That still allows a rally 38/264 more, or 15%!
Adobe's target = 490-500 using same principle.
