       Defensive insurance stocks have now become market leaders.
       PGR is the most bullish in the group, but UNH is the highest
       priced DJI-30 stock is the most important.  It jumped 13 points
       on Friday, thereby lifting the DJI almost 100 points all by itself.
       Had worked leaked out that Barron's would do a feature article
       on the group this weekend?

       Big banks still show a very negative Power Index.   Tech leaders
       AAPL and MSFT are resting.  Watch leader of that pack,
       NVDA.  The falling 65-dma and negative IP21 are keeping
       DIA and SPY in negative territory, when it comes to Tiger's
       composite power ranking.

                             its 200-day ma.  Up-day volume was high on Friday but the
                             negative IP21 and falling 65-dma has produced a negative
                             Power Index
