DJIA   Rebounding from lower band.  Small "b" Buy shows panic
selling seems to have ended.  Rally expected now to falling 21-dma,
but NYSE Down volume has not peaked.
DIA   Still declining Closing Power and very negative IP21

10-Year rates fell back but still in strong, confirmed uptrend.
Utilities broke to new yearly lows.
Still weak: BA, AMZN and NAIL (at bottom).

COMPQX (NASDAQ) - Up but falling Closing Powe
QQQ - Key flat support held. Still falling Closing Power. CP NC of lastest low.
SPY - Completed Head/Shoulders makes this look bearish. CP NC of lastest low.
NVDA - Ralling from key flat support
MSFT - CP NC of lastest low.
